The Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest Pennsylvania hosted the fourth annual Legislative Challenge on Thursday, August 4th at 5:00 pm at the Second Harvest warehouse in Erie, Pa.

Several local Pennsylvania legislators and their offices gave back to the community in which they serve by volunteering their time at Second Harvest while also participating in a friendly competition. Teams raced to pack the
most boxes of peanut butter snack crackers in a timed event and Senator Sean Wiley’s office took home the Victor’s Plate.

Legislative offices that participated in the challenge included: Erie County Councilman Jay Breneman, Senator Sean Wiley, Representative Flo Fabrizio, Representative Ryan Bizzarro, Representative Pat Harkins,
Representative Parke Wentling, Representative Curtis Sonney and representatives from the offices of U.S. Senator Pat Toomey and Governor Tom Wolf.
