The 15th annual Erie News Now Holiday Food Drive was held Wednesday, November 18, 2015 from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The all-day food drive and fundraiser benefits Second Harvest and its member agencies. With the help of very generous communities, we collected a total of 37,000 pounds of food, about $30,000 and 395 turkeys. All food collected at each location remains in the community where it was collected. Monetary donations help the Second Harvest Food Bank alleviate hunger throughout northwest Pennsylvania.
